Performance characteristics

· The cone/plate measurement system with built-in temperature control system is the most ideal choice for measuring the viscosity of high-temperature adhesives such as paint and coatings (50~235 ℃).

· Meets measurement standards such as ASTMD4287, BS3900, ISO2884, GB9751 high shear method, etc

· The new large screen can display all measurement parameters simultaneously, and setting data can be directly entered through the local panel

· Accurate results can be obtained with a sample size of no more than 1ml. Easy to install and clean. Automatic CONE/PLATE taper gap adjustment

· CAP1000+: Only one speed, designed specifically for QC personnel

· CAP2000+: A multi speed measuring instrument designed for the R&D department, with 955 level speed options to provide more information for QC personnel, and a low shear rate range of 10sec-1-13300sec-1

· Can be automatically controlled using a personal computer (implemented using the optional software Capcalc32)

· Customers can customize the torque range based on their actual situation (high torque 181000 dyne. cm, low torque 7970 dyne. cm)
